Your choice will depend on your preference for species (reticulated or regular) and color / pose. The only figure we would potentially avoid is the Mojo figure. It is a fine enough figure but there are better options.
Our Favorite Giraffe Calf: CollectA Giraffe Calf #88535
Overall, we slightly prefer this figure due to its: 1) Muted color scheme. The line between the spots are a muted tan – as opposed to bright white on many of the other Giraffe Calves. 2) Texture, while this is not a rough texture figure, it has more texture feel than any of the other figures. 3) Nice dark haired mane is easy to distinguish from the rest of the figure. While we like many of the Giraffe Calf figures, this is the one we would pick if we could pick only one.
Tallest Giraffe Calf Model: Papo Giraffe Calf #50100
This is the tallest of the Giraffe Calf models. Figure is 2 inches taller than some of the other models. Figure has lines between the spots on the body. The lines do not detract from the overall figure. Tail is melded to the body as opposed to free flowing behind the model. Good looking model from Papo.
Galloping Giraffe Calf Model: Safarit Ltd. Reticulated Giraffe Calf #268529
This is the only figure is a galloping pose. All the other Giraffe Calf figures are generally in a normal standing pose. The other most noticeable feature is the bright color – spots and mane are more orangish than brown. Cute overall figure in running pose.
Only Baby Giraffe Model: Safari Ltd. Baby Calf #100422
This is the only young Giraffe Figure that is specifically noted to be a Baby Giraffe. Features include legs splayed out – almost as if it is standing for the first time. Neck is also shorter than on the other young giraffe models.
Very Nice Giraffe Calf Model: Schleich Giraffe Calf #14751
While is figure is listed fifth, it is a high quality figure. Figure is cute and has a slight hair texture (many of the other models are totally smooth). There are not any issues with this figure – it would look good in your collection.Least Favorite Giraffe Calf Model: Mojo Giraffe Calf #381034
This figure was new from Mojo in 2022, so we would have expected more features. Overall the figure is cute. The spots are not solid on this figure. Some of the spots have white speckles – almost looks worn, but is by design. This figure is acceptable, but there are better choices (see above).
