Schleich's New Africa Wild Life Starter Set includes a highly detailed set of animal figurines that are sure to be a hit in your home. This Wildlife starter is similar to their older set, but has a different lion figure, previously they were using a roaring lion. That model is discontinued now. The zebra, African elephant calf and young chimpanzee are the same found in the older set. This is a nice collection of two iconic African animals, the lion and zebra. Accompanied with the adorable little elephant and chimp. I find these animals are well detailed with good paint application. I especially like the black stripes of the zebra. Overall a nicely made playset from Schleich.
