Bland grey feathers, odd textured legs, poorly sculpted arms and hands, plus bad balance leaves much to be desired of this unremarkable Schleich Gallimimus.
Gallimimus measures 8.5" L x 3.9" H.
Schleich Gallimimus Review:
As stated previously, the feathers are a sad grey color with minimal red accents on the neck and arms. Overall the sculpting is not the most impressive. A decent but uninspiring model. The texture on the legs looks unrealistic and rushed. The tail is boring, hands barely visible and stance crooked. The best part in my opinion is the head. That said, this is the only Gallimimus figure we have available.
Gallimimus Information:
Gallimimus was the largest ornithomimid. The word Gallimimus means "chicken-mimic", although this dinosaur was a lot heavier than a chicken. It was three times taller than a human and weighed around 1,000lb. Gallimimus had a brain about the size of a golf ball, which is only slightly larger than an ostrich's.
Made of durable synthetic material. Hand Painted.
