Schleich Cheval de Selle Francais Foal measures: 3.75" L x 3.25" H.
The breed is believed to have originated in the 16th century, when Spanish Conquistadors brought their horses to Peru. The breed was developed over the centuries by interbreeding with local stock, creating a horse that is well-suited to the terrain and climate of Peru. The breed is known for its smooth, four-beat lateral ambling gait, which is comfortable for both horse and rider. The Paso Peruano is also known for its endurance, allowing it to travel long distances at a steady pace. The Paso Peruano is one of the most popular breeds in Peru, and is used for recreational riding, horse shows, and even bullfighting. This breed is known for its intelligence and willingness to please, making it a favorite among trainers and riders. p>
You can see how temperamental the little foal is right away: trotting across the meadow on its long legs, it's happily exploring the area. No wonder, it is a Peruvian Paso and has fire in its blood! Its ears are perked up and its tail is also raised in the air: time for an adventure! When there are no other foals around to play with, it likes to go and nuzzle the walkers at the fence, who always stop to admire the cute foal.
