The Black Forest Stallion has a very dynamic pose. It shows how powerful and vigorous the Black Forest cold blood horses are. The animals are also known as “Wälderpferde” (Woods Horse) because they used to help with heavy forestry work. These days the lively Black Forest cold bloods are mainly popular as recreational horses and are used for riding or to pull carriages and sleighs.
