New from Papo in 2022. This is a cute little figure from Papo and is a good compliment to the Papo Wild Boar (#53011). This currently is one of the only Young Boar figures available. Nice striping on the back of the figure. Figure is so young it has not yet had the change to form its tusks. Generally looks like a happy little wild piggy. Great figure to add to your Papo Wild Animal collection.

Young wild boars, also known as piglets, are born with distinctive light brown and tan stripes running lengthwise along their bodies. This pattern helps camouflage them in the underbrush, providing essential protection from predators during their vulnerable early months. As they grow, these stripes gradually fade, and their fur becomes the darker, coarse coat typical of adult wild boars.
Wild boar piglets are highly social, often staying close to their mothers and siblings in groups known as sounders. They are omnivorous, starting their lives feeding on milk before transitioning to a diet that includes roots, insects, fruits, and small animals. Wild boars are known for their adaptability and can thrive in various environments, from dense forests to open fields.
