The Papo Alpaca is an impressively detailed model. Cute face is held high and looking straight ahead. Ears are upright and alert. Cream colored hair.

The Papo Alpaca #50250 measures: 3" L x 3.6" T.

Papo Alpaca #50250 Review:

This model is the largest of the solid colored Alpacas. (The Safari Ltd. Alpaca is of similar size, but is two toned.) This is good looking model. Face is well done and cute. A close look at the fur indicates a tan colored base with white paint to top - giving a different looking paint application. Overall a good Alpaca option.

Alpaca Information:

Alpacas are domesticated members of the camelid family, related to llamas, camels, and vicunas. They are native to the Andes Mountains in South America, where they were first domesticated over 6,000 years ago. Alpacas are prized for their soft, lightweight wool, which is used to make textiles, clothing, and other items. Alpacas are also kept as companion animals and bred for their unique personalities.

Alpacas are known for their calm, friendly, and curious dispositions. They are social animals, living in herds of up to 20 individuals. Alpacas are also very intelligent and can be taught to come when called and to follow simple commands. They can live up to 20 years and reach an average height of 36 inches at the shoulder. Alpacas come in a variety of colors, including white, black, gray, brown, and silver.

They have a thick, luxurious fleece that ranges in color from off-white to dark brown. Alpaca wool is lightweight, soft, and hypoallergenic, making it a popular choice for clothing and other items. Alpacas are herbivores, eating mostly grasses and hay.
