Small Parts. Not for children under 3 years.
The Mojo White Rhinoceros figure captures the powerful presence and distinctive features of the white rhinoceros with remarkable accuracy. The robust, muscular build of the rhino is meticulously sculpted, showcasing the characteristic thick skin and prominent shoulder hump.
The figure accurately depicts the white rhino's wide mouth, which is adapted for grazing, and the two prominent horns on its snout – the front horn being longer and more pronounced. The texture of the figure replicates the rhino's rough, leathery skin, complete with folds and wrinkles that give it a lifelike appearance.
The ears are perked up, and the eyes are painted with a realistic shine, adding to the overall lifelike quality of the piece.
The Mojo White Rhinoceros figure measures approximately 5.5 L x 2.5 H x 1.5 W inches.
The white rhinoceros, also known as the square-lipped rhinoceros, is one of the largest and most notable land mammals. Native to Africa, this species is divided into two subspecies: the southern white rhinoceros and the critically endangered northern white rhinoceros. The white rhino is distinguished by its broad, flat mouth, which is well-suited for grazing on grasses, making it different from other rhino species that have more pointed, prehensile lips adapted for browsing.
White rhinos are the largest of the five rhinoceros species and can weigh up to 6,000 pounds for males, with females being slightly smaller. They stand approximately 6 feet tall at the shoulder. Their thick, protective skin can be up to 2 inches thick, and it has a greyish to brownish color, often appearing paler in color, which is why they are called "white" rhinos – a name derived from the Afrikaans word “weit,” meaning wide, referring to their wide mouths.
