The Mojo Brumby Stallion measures: 4" L x 5.5" H x 1.5" W inches.
This is an attractive model horse stallion by Mojo. A liver chestnut Brumby model horse with a good design that accentuates its muscle tone and skeletal structure. Flaxen mane and tail appear to flow naturally, with ears back and rearing. A good amount of detail has been paid to the head of this equine. Glossy eyes and wide open nostrils look life-like. A nice offering from Mojo of a feral horse breeds not represented by any other of our carried toy brands.
Brumby horses are feral horses that inhabit various regions of Australia. The term "brumby" is derived from the word "baroombie" used by early European settlers in Australia to refer to any feral or wild horse. These horses are descendants of domestic horses that were introduced to the continent by European colonizers, primarily British settlers, during the 18th and 19th centuries.
Over time, some of these domestic horses escaped or were deliberately released into the wild, and they adapted to the Australian environment. Brumbies can be found in different parts of the country, including the Australian Alps, the Northern Territory, Queensland, and other regions with suitable habitats.
Brumbies vary in appearance, reflecting their mixed heritage. They can have physical traits similar to various horse breeds, including Thoroughbreds, Arabians, and various draught horse breeds. Brumbies generally possess hardy and resilient characteristics, allowing them to survive in diverse terrains and climates.
